Description
Small, upright, relatively fast growing deciduous tree (H 7-9 m, W 5-6 m). Crown ovate to broadly ovoid. Young shoots often very long (wattle-like), light olive green with white-blue bloom. Leaves broadly ovate (15-20 cm), pinnately compound, 3-9-lobed, variegated, light green, with a wide white margin; autumn colour yellow to light orange. Flowers pale yellow. Flowering period: April-May. Fruits winged, in pairs (moderately acute angle), light brown-yellow. Ripening time: September-October. Undemanding, tough tree, normally withstands urban conditions, wind and occasional flooding.
