Description
Large, bushy in densely growing deciduous shrub or small tree (H 3-4 m, often grafted to a standard, W up to 4 m), crown distinctly rounded, compact, regular. Bark on trunk deeply longitudinally fissured, ornamental. Young branches light brown, with corky wings. Leaves palmate (12-15 cm), 5-7-lobed, smooth, slightly glossy, dark green, autumn colour intense yellow, orange, red, violet-red and black-red. Flowers unremarkable, yellow-green. Flowering period: May. Fruits in round clusters (2-3 cm), dark brown. Ripening time: September-November.
