Description
Small, upright, clump-forming, slow growing evergreen shrub (H 1,2-1,5 m, W 0,7-1 m). Stems and branches short, thick. Leaves develop atop of each branch, forming a dense rosette. Leaves lanceolate (30-50 cm), upright to drooping, smooth, leathery, variegated, light yellow to cream white, with longitudinal dark green stripes. Flowers in light, fertile, upright inflorescence (0,5 m), bell-shaped (4-5 cm), cream white. Flowering period: July-August. Attracts butterflies and bees. Grows well in sufficiently drained, dry to moderately moist soils, in sunny, warm sites, withstands drought and heat.
