This product is designed to reduce transplant stress while improving soil hydration and fertility. PHC Tree Saver is a biologically active soil agent that is applied to the root area of trees and shrubs at the time of planting or transplanting. This product contains five types of mycorrhizal fungi and six types of beneficial bacteria to improve plant nutrition and soil fertility. Fungi absorb water and minerals to the roots, and bacteria bind nitrogen, dissolve phosphorus, biodegrade organic matter, and give plants access to trapped minerals. PHC Tree Saver also contains formononetin, a natural stimulant of mycorrhizal fungi VA, Terra-Sorb hydrogel, which retains water in the root area, and humic acids that improve the availability of mineral nutrients. Seaweed flour and Yucca plant extract act as organic nutrients to support the establishment of microbial populations.

 Mycorrhiza fungi play a very important role in the natural growth of plants. They are an interface between the absorbing root system and soil biology. Numerous scientific studies show that the presence of beneficial mycorrhiza fungi significantly improves plant health. They enable lower fertiliser consumption and increase plant resistance. In addition, organic fertilisers are better utilised.

Mycorrhiza plants are more resistant to drought, large temperature changes, pH changes, toxic metals and compacted soil. Mycorrhizas also provide a better soil structure due to their contribution to the formation of floor aggregates.
