Description
Small, upright, bushy deciduous shrub, shrub-rose (H 0,8-1 m, W 0,7-1 m). Branches upright to open, arching. Leaves broadly ovate (10-15 cm), pinnate, 5-lobed, smooth, glossy, dark green. Flowers solitary or in small clusters, rosette-formed (7-8 cm), very double, bright pink to cyclamen pink; delicately scented, apple scent. Flowering period: June-September. Useful as a solitary shrub or bed-rose and for cutting. A recent British variety, belongs to the classical English, nostalgic varieties, grows well also in half-shade and in areas with lower summer temperatures.
