Description
Small, upright, compact deciduous shrub, shrub-rose, a hybrid rugosa (H 0,6-0,7 m, W 0,6-0,7 m). Branches upright to open, arching. Leaves broadly ovate (10-15 cm), pinnate, 5-lobed, ribbed, glossy, vivid green. Flowers in loose clusters, bowl-shaped (4-5 cm), simple, pink-violet; beautifully scented, a characteristic scent of Japanese rose. Flowering period: June-September. Well resistant to diseases, well-growing and healthy variety. Useful as a ground-covering, bed-rose or as a solitary shrub-rose. A recent German variety.
