Description
Medium-sized, broad and densely growing deciduous shrub (H 2,5-3 m, W up to 2 m). Branches mostly straight, upright, bark light grey-brown. Leaves broadly egg-shaped to rhomboid (5-9 cm), with a serrate margin, light green, autumn colour green or yellow. Flowers numerous, large (8-10 cm), slightly crap-paper like, funnel-shaped, double, snow white. Flowering period: June-September. Attracts butterflies and bees. Very undemanding shrub, also suitable for urban conditoins.
