Description
Large, upright deciduous climber, climbing rose, rambler (H 5-6 m, W 2-3 m), of strong vigour. Branches long, open, arching. Leaves broadly ovate (10-15 cm), pinnate, 5-lobed, smooth, glossy, dark green. Flowers solitary or in small clusters, bowl-shaped to flat (10 cm), double, delicate light pink to cream white; beautifully scented, sweet scent. Flowering period: June-September, freely flowering. Very good for cutting, durable flowers. A very good, well-growing, recognized and always popular variety, with a good disease-resistance. An older American variety.
