Description
Medium-sized, upright, bushy deciduous shrub, Bourbon rose (H 1,5-3 m, W 0,8-1,2 m). Branches upright to open, arching. Leaves broadly ovate (10-15 cm), pinnate, 5-lobed, smooth, slightly glossy, dark olive green. Flowers solitary or in small clusters, rosette-formed (5-6 cm), very double, pink; intensely scented. Flowering period: June-September. Useful as a solitary shrub-rose, excellent for cutting. Grows well also in a semi-shade and in areas with lawer summer temperatures. Old, very popular and recognized French variety (y. 1851).
