Description
Small, bushy, widely spreading deciduous shrub, shrub-rose or ground-covering rose (H 0,6-0,9 m, W 0,8-1,2 m). Branches widely spreading, arching. Leaves broadly ovate (10-12 cm), pinnate, 5-lobed, smooth, glossy, dark green. Flowers in large inflorescence, rosette-formed (8 cm), simple to semi-double, bright pink-red to dark pink; delicately scented, scent of tea and spices. Flowering period: May-October. Well resistant to diseases. Useful as a ground-covering or bed-rose, good for cutting. A very good, well-growing, recognized American variety (Radler, 1988).
