Description
Medium-sized, bushy, clump-forming deciduous perennial (H 60-80 cm, W up to 70 cm). Leaves with long petioles, upright to arching, pinnately compound (25-50 cm), glossy, at first dark red to pink-red, later light green. Flowers simple (up to 12 cm), cup-shaped, light pink, with numerous yellow anthers in center; scented. Flowering period: May, early. Undemanding, long-lived perennial, good for cutting. A superb variety, one of the most early-flowering, of an outstandingly light, soft pink colour. Result of a crossing between Paeonia lactiflora, P. mlokosewitschii and P. tenuifolia.
