Description
Medium-sized, bushy, clump-forming deciduous perennial (H 80-100 cm, W up to 90 cm). Leaves with long petioles, upright to arching, pinnately compound (25-50 cm), glossy, at first dark red to pink-red, later dark green. Flowers semi-double (up to 15 cm), cup-shaped, at first salmon pink, later light orange to light yellow. Flowering period: May-June. Undemanding, long-lived perennial, good for cutting. One of the best varieties in this colour-shade, a hybrid of Paeonia lactiflora and other herbaceous peonies.
