Description
Small, clump-forming, widely spreading deciduous perennial (H 40-50 cm, W 25-30 cm). Stems upright to slightly open. Leaves ovate to egg-shaped (5-7 cm), fleshy, smooth, grey-green, with a slight violet hue. Flowers in wide, flat, terminal inflorescence, simple, star-shaped (up to 1 cm), malinovo red to brown-red. Flowering period: August-September. Attracts butterflies and bees. A tough, well-growing in freely flowering perennial. Easily withstands drought and heat, useful as a container-plant. Good for cutting.
