Description
Small, compact, slow growing evergreen shrub (H up to 1,2 m, W up to 1,2 m). Branches light brown, stiff, upright. Leaves large, pinnately compound, leaflets very narrow, linear, long (15-18 cm), with entire margin, leathery, glossy, green to olive green. Flowers numerous, in rich racemes on shoots' ends, lemon yellow, strongly scented. Freely flowering variety. Flowering period: August-November. Fruits ovate (up to 1 cm), fleshy, grey-blue. Attracts butterflies, bees and birds. Good cut-flower. Needs a sheltered position and some winter protection (mulch).
