Description
Small, clump-forming, widely spreading deciduous perennial (H 50-60 cm, W 25-30 cm). Stems upright to slightly spreading, pink to red-pink. Leaves ovate to egg-shaped (5-7 cm), fleshy, smooth, dark grey-violet to grey-green. Flowers in wide, flat, terminal inflorescence, simple, star-shaped (up to 1 cm), light white-brown to light pink-brown. Flowering period: August-September. Attracts butterflies and bees. A tough, well-growing in freely flowering perennial. Easily withstands drought and heat, useful as a container-plant. Good for cutting.
