Description
Small, bushy, widely spreading deciduous shrub, wild rose (H 1-1,5 m, W 1-2 m). Branches upright to open, arching, dense, thorny. Leaves broadly ovate (5-10 cm), pinnate, 5-7-lobed, smooth, glossy, mid green to blue-green. Flowers in loose clusters, bowl-shaped (2-3 cm), simple, bright pink to dark pink; beautifully scented. Flowering period: June-July, freely flowering. Fruits globose to elongate (1-1,5 cm), red-orange to brown-orange. Attracts butterflies, bees and birds. Undemanding, well-growing and disease-resistant wild-rose species.
