Description
Small, upright evergreen shrub (H 0,8-1 m, W up to 1 m). Leaves lanceolate (12-20 cm), variegated, at first light red to dark pink-red, later dark green. Flowers in loose clusters tiny, white. Flowering period: April-June. Fruits in umbells, round (0,5 cm), light red. Ripening time: October-November. Needs light, always moist soils, a sheltered position and some winter protection. Photinia × fraseri is a cross Photinia glabra × P. serratifolia.
